Job Description:
Arrange for interviews with shortlisted candidates as well as liaise with recruitment agencies.
Assist in the collection and verification of candidates' documents and certificates.
Conduct reference checks on potential candidates.
Prepare employment contract and make offer to selected non-exempt candidates.
Update and maintain personnel files and records in HRIS systems.
Provide administrative support for onboarding such as staff ID cards, name tags, co-ordinate orientation programme and logistics and deploy new staff to respective departments.
Ensure timely processing of license renewal, application and payment
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline
Candidates with Healthcare background advantageous
