Your Mission

This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and providing excellent service to our employees. Additionally, the incumbent will manage employee insurance and benefits programs to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for all staff.

What To Expect

• Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and payments.
• Handle monthly CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Stay updated with local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, including IR8A, IR21, and other relevant filings.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance and support regarding payroll policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll system records accurately.
• Oversee employee insurance plans, including medical, dental, and life insurance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding insurance and benefits-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers to address any issues or updates.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.
• Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA would be advantageous.

Data & Reporting

• Including but not limited to weekly Open JR & Hire, LI, survey reports
• Data cleaning & analysis
• Provision of data for TA leaders and SLM reporting
• Provision of data for review of recruitment platforms and assess ROI (prior to renewal)
• Handling all other ad-hoc data requests
• Identifying gaps in the recruitment process resulting in inaccurate data

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience in an analyst or data-based role
• Experience with MS Excel, and other digital tools (e.g. Tableau, etc.) used for data analyses.
