Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Job Description:

· Manage full spectrum of payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner including data entry of new hires and resignees

· Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, IRAS submissions, NS make-up pay claims, tax filing and all government paid leave claims

· Responsible for payroll reconciliation and related reports required from Finance

· Responsible for submission of surveys and support of annual audits

· Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee information in HRIS systems and personnel files

· Work Pass Management (application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, etc)

· Responsible for training & development

· Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigne

Requirement:

· Diploma equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience

· 5 day work week

· Available within short notice

Job Description

• Prepares payroll, including CPF and prepares appropriate notification to the employees and managers.
• Verification of related insurance, licenses and certifications.
• Full spectrum of HR function including staff benefits & Payroll administration.
• Manage work passes which include application, renewal & cancellation.
• Coordinate, monitor and schedule for Annual Performance Review.
• Review HR policies and processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
• Prepare IR8A or IR21 when necessary.
• Maintain and update staff details and information to HR software.
• Provide support in finance and administrative matters as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Commerce/ Human Resources.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in an industrial work environment / construction industries.
• Experience in payroll management, employees’ income tax submission, CPF submission and application for foreign work passes.
• Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Competent in MS office / presentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition.
• 5.5 working days - Alternate Saturdays (Minimum 1 Saturday a month or maximum 2 Saturdays in a month).
• Preferably able to start immediate / short notice.

Responsibilities

• Play an active business partner role in engaging the employees and line managers in ensuring that employee needs and queries are looked into frequently
• Responsible for day-to-day HR operations for the business entity assigned which includes but is not limited to Employee Orientation, employee queries, leave, benefits, claims, work pass renewals, staff confirmation, performance management, exit interviews and clearance, etc
• Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that HR and employee information are provided timely and accurately
• Assist with the preparation of the Orientation pack materials and ensure that all Orientation information is accurate and updated timely
• Obtain all relevant and required personnel information from new and existing employees and ensure that personnel information in the HR system is updated and accurate. Create and main the p-file of all assigned employees under one’s care
• Responsible for the announcement and coordination with the relevant dept on the logistic arrangement for the new staff, etc
• Update and maintain useful HR info databases (Headcount/Manpower related, personnel profiles, etc)
• Provide accurate HR reports on a timely basis to the respective personnel
• Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system for the dept
• Participate in continuous improvement of HR work processes and create SOPs and documentation
• Provide support to junior members/other team members as and when required
• Support in all ad-hoc and HR projects and activities as required

Requirements

• Min Diploma in HRM or Business Administration related studies
• Min 2-3 years of working experience in a similar function preferably in a similar industry
• Good interpersonal and strong communication and writing skills
• Detailed, meticulous with strong sense of confidentiality
• Pro-active, resourceful and self-motivated and task oriented
• Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
• People and customer service oriented with strong passion in Employee engagement
