Office location: 47 Jalan Buroh, Singapore 619491 (Company transport provided - Yishun/Sembawang/Admiralty/Bukit Panjang/Bukit Gombak/Lakeside MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to HR Manager in day-to-day operational requirements
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, tax filing and related matters
• Administer employee benefits and insurance claims
• Recruitment and placement
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Prepare annual manpower budget
• Administer performance management system
• Submission of Government-paid leave claims
• Submission of manpower related surveys
• Coordinate training programs
• Manage office services administration
• Handle employee queries on HR related matters
• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Working knowledge of Employment law and HRIQ software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
