You will work closely with the Manager and team members of Manpower Planning Unit in supporting the following areas:
1) Manpower Governance
- Execution of guidelines and directives for review of manpower requirements at the annual Budget and Workplan exercise.
- Facilitation of the review of manpower requests at review panel based on prevailing manpower directives and guidelines.
- Proper and accurate maintenance of positions in HRIS and perform audits regularly
2) Manpower Planning
- Implementation of Hospital Staffing Plan to support the Hospital’s objectives by working with departments on their staffing needs, and partnering with other HR partners to monitor staffing status.
- Strategic planning and projections to meet manpower requirements for new infrastructure or services to ensure a pipeline of adequate healthcare professional manpower.
3) Reporting and Analytics
- Data extraction and analysis of manpower statistics, maintenance of dashboard and submission of reports to internal and external agencies.
- Perform horizon scanning and review manpower trends.
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Capital Management
- At least 2 years relevant experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Have an organisational perspective and understanding of the organisational structure.
- Meticulous with a flair for numbers and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
