Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Develop connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts

• Engage in networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers

Job Description

1. Provide end-to-end support for SAP HCM modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user training, to ensure the effective utilization of HCM functionalities.
2. Analyse and resolve system issues, tickets, and user inquiries related to PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs and minimizing downtime.
3. Conduct root cause analysis of system errors and discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and document solutions for future reference.
4. with cross-functional teams to ensure day to day stability of the system to meet evolving business requirements.
5. Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and data integrity.
6. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistent use of SAP HCM functionalities.
7. Stay abreast of SAP updates, releases, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and enhance user experience.
8. Collaborate with HR business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize system changes and enhancements.
9. Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training sessions and workshops to promote adoption and usage of SAP HCM functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM support and configuration.
• SAP certification(s) in Human Capital Management (HCM) preferred.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex issues to develop effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with HR business users at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with system testing, documentation, and training preferred.

This is a recruitment position focusing on Client development and placement management in Information Technology domain.

• You are responsible to grow and develop relationships with existing clients and build a strong pipeline to achieve the revenue objective.
• Your role include identify suitable candidates and placement completion, management of all process from identification to closure.
• Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
• Write job descriptions, Match applicants to job openings, Source for future job openings.
• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
• Call applicants and perform phone screens, Participate in final selection of applicant.
• Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
• Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
• Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.

Qualification:

• To qualify for this role, you have strong consulting or recruitment background (min 2 - 5 years experience) in your specific knowledge focusing in Banking/ Technology/ FI/Insurance/ Manufacturing/ Healthcare industry.
• Excellent verbal, written skills, you are very confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
