Requirements:

• O Level/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years working experience in handling administrative and HR operations
• Experience in Architectural/Construction industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills, High degree of integrity, responsibility
• Mature personality as well as able to work independently and in a team

The Responsibilities

• Perform and verify end-to-end payroll operations & transactions, including running monthly/ad hoc payroll reports and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracies in payroll administration and compliance
• Responsible for audit requests by internal and external auditors, including government agencies
• Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income tax filing
• Introduce process improvements to enable effectiveness and efficiency of payroll operations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in payroll
• Minimum Degree / Diploma
• Considerable proficiency in MSOffice software, especially MS Excel
• Good spoken and written communications skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day HR operation & administration duties.
• Monitor and process working passes and documents.
• Manage and process employee & statutory claims.
• Conduct staff engagement/ team bonding activities.
• Assist in HR recruitment activities from job posting, arranging interview to employee onboarding.
• Coordinate and administer training functions.
• Responsible for training administration activities for the company.
• Manage and keep up-to-date training records.
• Support the HR budget planning activities.
• Coordinate the payment of invoices with the trainer and finance.
• Replenish office supplies.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of HR & Administration experience.
• Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
