• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Perform day-to-day HR activities including hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding, welfare administration
• Create and maintain employee records in P-file and updating in HR database
• Assist in Government-Paid claim submissions and group insurance claims
