• Support in ad-hoc Compensation and Benefits projects.
• Participate in Salary and Benefits surveys conducted by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore National Employer Federation (SNEF), or from other government agency or business consultancy as required.
• Develop insightful presentation derived from payroll/ compensation data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
• Develop clear communication materials (PowerPoint/ eDM) to present compensation concepts to EXCO, Senior Management, and for staff communications.
• Perform the HRIS System Administrator role for Performance & Rewards related modules/ functions, lead in the HRIS “Year-End-Closing” processes and attend to queries on P&R-related HRIS issues.
