We are looking for a HR Executive to join us! The key deliverables will include:
Talent Acquisition
- Liaising with various recruitment agencies on shortlisting of candidates and coordinating interviews
- Responsible for all work pass matters not limited to application, issuance and cancellation
- Drafting of employment agreements and letters
- Conduct orientation for new hires, issuing of work passes and access cards
- Conducting of exit interview for resignees
- Collaborate with IHLs on internship, career fairs and initiatives
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Actively engages employees to gather feedback on Company culture, work etc.
- Coordinates monthly birthday celebrations, and other ad-hoc company social events as required
- Facilitates and plans Company Annual D&D
Learning & Development
- Consolidate all Departments training plan/needs and source for suitable courses accordingly
- Sign up employees for courses upon approval
- Responsible for the training providers’ evaluation to ensure effective training is done
- Submission of training grants when necessary
- Responsible for maintain all training records and employee skill martix for audit purposes
- Involvement in customer audits periodically
Administration
- Maintaining of employee p-files and documentation
- Conduct external salary benchmarking
- Submission and monitoring of ESG grants
- Submission of levy waiver, childcare leave, maternity leave & paternity leave claim etc.
- Monitoring of expiry dates of vendor contracts e.g insurance, cleaning contracts
- Involvement in audits when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Preferably with talent acquisition/recruitment, L&D background
- Able to write and communicate in Chinese is necessary (to liaise with our Chinese employees and overseas counterparts)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
