- Execute all stages of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, and conducting new hire orientation.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with educational institutions for internship and other programs (e.g., Work-Study Diploma).
- Provide assistance with leave management and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as oversee the monthly payroll process, work pass administration, and participate in governmental surveys.
- Oversee procedures related to staff confirmation, contract renewals, resignations, and salary review processes.
- Ensure timely completion of the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and obtaining exit clearances.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent communication skills
