- Responsible for all Talent Management activities and matters, including Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Talent Database, etc
- Design, Planning & Implementation of Leadership Development Programs & Initiatives (e.g. STEP/LEAP/ALP) to enhance skills and competencies
- Budget Planning for Talent Management & HR Initiatives
- Collaborate with Learning & Development CoEs to address Organizational Development needs
- Monitor key performance indicators related to Talent Management nominations/criteria
- Utilize Software systems i.e WorkDay to streamline all Talent Management processes
- Keep up-to-date on emerging Talent Management best practices, tools & knowledge
- To be the Centre of Excellence for Talent Management supporting HRBPs, CoEs colleagues and affiliated country offices with regards to Talent Management
- Data analytics on Global Employee Engagement Survey and workforce trends to assess and identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare presentation of GEES Results to Management
- Assist stakeholders on action plans, schedules and follow-up on action plans implementations.
- Perform any additional adhoc tasks as and when required when assigned to you by the Head of Department
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
- 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development with exposure in HR Business Partnering or Change Management in a Regional role/capacity
- Able to articulate the process of talent management & development programs, frameworks
- Understand the process and able to design the Skill matrix & Competency framework
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills which includes verbal, written, "Face-to-Face stand-up facilitation", with good presentation and persuasion skills
