What You Will Do
- Partner with Senior Leadership and Business Managers to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Support in implementing and executing HR partnering objectives and strategies to the site.
- Proactively resolves HR and business issues and provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle.
- Serve as an HR liaison for all HR aspects: talent management, labor relations, recruitment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and workforce planning.
- Partner with internal and external vendors to ensure effective employee and business support.
- Partner with HR CoEs - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Rewards & Benefits as well as Shared Services team to ensure efficient people and business support.
- Experience in industrial relations and collaboration with the Union Committee.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
- 5 years of relevant experience in HR partnering or HR management.
- Passion to serve people and support the business to drive HR transformation.
- Good understanding in employment act and industrial relations.
- Great team player with good communication and influencing skills across all levels.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.
- Meticulous, process and result orientated, strong in follow-through the process.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Good knowledge in industrial relations and collaboration with the Union Committee.
- Knowledge HRIS platform in Workday, BIPO and/or Prosoft.
- Industry experience in supporting Aerospace, Manufacturing or Engineering related sectors.
