Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selecting candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.

• Policy Development and HR Strategy : Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies, aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.

• Budgeting and Cost Management : Assist in budgeting for HR activities, including recruitment campaigns, training programs, and employee benefits, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing : Assist in creating and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, promoting the company’s culture and values.

• Onboarding and Orientation : Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization and have the resources needed for success.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment plans.

• Recruitment Reporting and Analytics : Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, providing reports and analysis to improve future hiring strategies.

• Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure recruitment processes and policies comply with labor laws and industry standards, promoting fairness and consistency across hiring efforts.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing the full payroll spectrum.
• 3 to 5 years of expertise in recruitment processes.
• Skilled in fostering positive employee relations and resolving workplace concerns.
• Proficient in budgeting and conducting year-end appraisals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with excellent writing skills.
• Thorough understanding of the Employment Act.
• Familiarity with Infotech attendance systems.
• Demonstrates initiative and exceptional communication skills.

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies

· Manage recruitment process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs

· Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

· Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL

· Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others

· Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations

· Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices

· Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers

· Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation

· Arrangement of skilled Course enrolments for Workers

· Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers. Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records

· Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience

· Benefit management: Leave management and control claims of medical expenses

· Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Work life Grant etc...

· Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process

· Any other ad hoc duties asassigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector

• Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower

• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS

• Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Incumbent will manage & support all HR functions by working closely with peers, employees as well as external vendors. In addition, you will also be managing end-to-end training and development activities as well as participate in HR projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high quality HR services in a fast pace service industry.
• Oversee and manage full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee/labour relations, training and development, compensation and benefits.
• Develop and/or execute HR programs in alignment to Corporate strategies in the area of attracting, motivating and retaining qualified staff.
• Plan and manage all training and development programs and processes, including TNA as well as end-to-end training administrative processes.

• Keep abreast and ensure legal compliance with government’s rules and regulations.

• Partner with the business to facilitate and bridge resolutions regarding employee relation matters, including performance management, career conversations, counseling and managing grievances and discipline.

Job Requirements

Min degree in Business Administration or HRM

• Min 3 years’ experience in HR Generalist role

• Experience with managing end-to-end Training and Development programs.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding

• Support Business Units in planning their talent pipeline requirements to achieve business strategy
• Conduct searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including interview, selection, offer and acceptance for Executive and above positions
• Conduct onboarding programmes to ensure all new hires are effectively inducted
• Assist to review the current onboarding programme effectiveness

2. Planning & Reporting

• Assist to review manpower planning and budgeting
• Review, formulate and implement relevant policies and procedures as well as systems in accordance with company’s development and legislations
• Review employee handbook to ensure all policies and procedures are comprehensively covered
• Oversee regular HR reporting and analysis for statutory submission and management review

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Conduct benchmarking exercise for salary competitiveness
• Assist to review incentives, recognition, benefits and awards to drive high performance and to retain key talents
• Propose and compute annual salary increment, merit and performance bonus that is aligned to a pay for performance culture
• Oversee a team of Executives and Assistants to handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions

4. Performance Management

• Assist to review the effectiveness of current form and procedures to achieve equitable and transparent performance evaluation that encourages open performance discussions
• Assist to formulate and develop performance criteria to drive company’s competencies and capabilities

Requirements

• A Diploma / Degree educational qualifications
• Candidates from Food and Beverage / FMCG/ retail sector are preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with staff at all levels
• Good working knowledge of MS office
