Being part of the Shared Services Team covering South East Asia, you will support the Engagement & People Development function of the region through:

• Point of contact to assist with learning & development operations and program delivery, e.g. arranging workshops, traveling and training logistics, attendance records, consolidation of training evaluation forms general administrative tasks
• Generating and implementing ideas to build a learning community and encourage participation
• Source for and recommend the most suitable solutions, training providers and programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programmes
• Generating LMS reports to monitor learning progress and support learning needs analysis
• Manage onboarding and off boarding matters
• Archive training materials, attendance records, etc
• Provide training analytics and reports
• Supports and handles internal audit on training administration, etc
• Contribute to staff engagement planning and execution
• Supports to manage enquiries through a ticketing system
• Streamlining processes to digital platforms
• Assisting in implementing Engagement & People Development projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Your profile:

• Graduated with a degree in HR or business-related field.
• Ability to connect with people and work in a cross functional, culturally diverse environment
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and that additional Asian languages would be an advantage.
• Have an open mind towards the work scope and approach
• Highly responsive and well organized
• Internship experiences in a HR admin or L&D role will be preferred
• Proficient in IT, Microsoft Office Word / PowerPoint / Excel

Essential Responsibilities (For Fresh Graduates Application Only) 

Process Engineer

• Sustain production line, SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues.

• Support Process CIP (continuous improvement projects) to improve process robustness, cost and capacity efficiency thru –

  • Develop new process recipes for new/existing technologies.

  • Improve process performance indices adopting big data analytic, statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.

  • Work with cross functional teams, cross fabs and OEM suppliers for BKM (best known method) convergence on recipes, material, method and I4.0 automation.
     

• Support company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release.

• Provide training and guidance to Associate Engineers (AEs) to support day-to-day operational requirements.

• Opportunities for job rotation and overseas assignment.

• Opportunities to file patents, author technical papers for publication and present at local or overseas seminars.

Equipment Engineer

• Support company's production ramp schedule by installing and qualifying new tool.

• Collaborate with site teams locally and globally to drive, develop and implement equipment improvement projects to improve equipment robustness and efficiency, cost reduction and reliability of equipment through the CIP (Continuous Improvement Program).

• Work with the equipment suppliers, maintenance technicians, and cross-functional teams on equipment PM (preventive maintenance) procedures on assigned tools.

• Setup and maintain (FDC) Fault Detection Classification, PM specification, and other quality systems for the assigned tools.

• Participate in troubleshooting and task forces as needed. Implement sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence.

• Work with cross-functional and cross-fab task teams in knowledge exchange on BKM (best known method) alignment and improvement levers.

• Provide training and guidance to Associate Engineers (AEs) to support day-to-day operational requirements.

• Opportunities for job rotation and overseas assignment.

• Opportunities to file patents, author technical papers for publication and present at local or overseas seminars.

Integration/Yield Enhancement Engineer

• Support development and qualification of new processes or add additional modules/features into existing processes.

• Support new product introduction from tapeout till prototyping success.

• Use process integration and semiconductor device knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve inline measurement and electrical test issues.

• Identify and solve line and wafer yield related problems. Lead and drive issues to closure.

• Optimize process margins through DOE (Design of Experiments).

• Monitor critical inline measurement and electrical test parameters SPC trend and Cpk to ensure production wafers meet the require quality.
