As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in account management, stakeholder management, and offering talent solutions and services to meet the business and industry demands.

Your Responsibilities

• Being actively involved in the end-to-end recruitment process: from candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relationship management and onboarding
• Managing recruitment platforms, keeping track of applicant flows and constantly making improvements to job listings in order to attract the target audience
• Working closely with our corporate partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and hire best-fit talents
• Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our talent acquisition efforts remain competitive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly payroll and overtime processing
• Assist in preparing payroll reports for internal use and/or submission to relevant authorities
• Assist in processing government claims (employee maternity leave, childcare leave, in-camp training and etc)
• Attend to regulatory surveys, audits and system
• Review and ensure payroll procedures are aligned with corporate governance controls
• Assist with preparation of salary and allowances budget and reviews
• Leave administration
• Submit employees’ yearly income to IRAS (IR8A & IR 21)
• Other ad-hoc finance reporting functions or projects

Requirements:

• 2 years experiences in Payroll
• Knowledge in Timesoft

• To actively develop knowledge of your specialist market to enable you to generate business and a business pipeline, through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Either solid experience within the recruitment industry or a proven track record of high achievement in another fast-paced business environment, with preferably a B2B sales background
• You are success driven, team player with a competitive personality and exceptional communication skills
• Must have a proactive and positive attitude to work and be target driven and motivated
