• Responsible for full Spectrum of HR and Admin duties such as Recruitment, L&D, on-off boarding, compensation, payroll outsourcing (SEA) and reporting (HR reports and Cost) and other HR matters in local and SEA market

• Supervise a team of HR Business Process Outsourcing officers, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and internship management.
• Ensure the efficient operation of processes, aligning with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.
• Review and approve team deliverables in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to enhance the team's performance.
• Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Engage with stakeholders and participate in meetings or discussions with customers at a working level.
• Promptly address customer issues as they arise.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to the Project Manager/Director.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager/Director to manage staff training and development, conduct performance reviews, and oversee the team's welfare.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, or relevant discipline
