Job Responsibilities

• Perform client business development through site visits, cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings to understand and gather hiring requirements.
• Educate employers on recruitment solutions, labour and immigration laws
• Negotiation and signing of new client TOBs to commence the hiring project
• Perform timely updates of ATS/CRM system on daily activities
• Prepare necessary documents for manpower requests for embassy processing such as POEA
• Liaise with international recruitment suppliers on manpower requests from hiring institutions
• Shortlist and conduct initial interviews of profiles from foreign manpower suppliers (face2face, phone, zoom)
• Conduct onsite recruitment drive with hiring organizations at source countries for large-scale recruitment requests
• Deliver CVs and coordinate virtual interviews between hiring organizations and prospective employee
• Coordinate with work pass processing and logistics team on onboarding matters of candidate
• Perform after-sales with both client and candidate to ensure hiring success and mitigate any settlement issues
• Attend weekly sales meetings with senior management on pipeline performances
  

Requirements

• Possess a diploma/degree in any discipline
• Have at least 3 years of recruitment sales experience in foreign recruitment (services, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality etc)
• Have a good sales track record
• Positive attitude and who enjoys a team environment
• Good communication and project management skills
• Possess a CEI Basic Comprehensive license
