Job Description

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This position will be remote reporting to the HR & Admin General Manager based in Shanghai HQ in partnering and supporting her with the day-to-day HR and Admin operations related to the Singapore office as well as other regions office. Job Responsibilities:

HR Operation - (50%)

• Supervise annual PE processes, revise and update IDP, support internal mobility and job rotation, identify potential successors, assess retention risks, address employee engagement issues

Talent Acquisition:

General HR Administration:

• Guarantee timely and appropriate fulfilments of HR administration and labour regulation requirement

• Liaise with external legal advisors and specialists in case of any labor law related enquiries, manage employee claims accordingly

Project Management:

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR management and relevant studies
