About the role:

As we continue our rapid expansion across APAC, we are seeking an experienced recruiter to support our aggressive growth targets—Are you ready?!   In this role, you will work with the business to create recruiting strategies, and partner with senior leadership to actively identify, qualify and recruit excellent talent. You will partner with the business and finance to deliver key metrics, while working with the Global Talent team to present that information for executive-level reporting.

This role will be based in Singapore and report to Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and proactive strategies to attract and recruit top performers.
• Focus on Sales and other openings across APAC as required
• Act as a business partner with hiring managers and HR across APAC to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver upon short and long-term needs.
• Partner with an employer branding to build awareness in the markets you support.
• Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted advisor with leaders across the business.
• Lead and participate a regional or global recruitment programs.
• Manage recruiting performance and reporting for respective groups.
• APJ recruitment experience will be a bonus

There is no direct sourcing required for this role, as you will leverage off a team of recruitment agencies, who will source for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing
• Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position prior to conducting req intake session with hiring managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to supply base. Document req intake conversations in appropriate database (VMS: Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response
• Discuss with Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process
• Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers
• Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool
• Monitor performance against contract SLA’s, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry and vendor compliance tracking 
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports
• Provide constant interaction via face to face, email and phone with client, staffing vendors and other partners.

Then read on. About the Role An exciting opportunity awaits for a Payroll & Tax Analyst to join our People Advisory Team. Reporting to the Head, Rewards & People Advisory, the role will support day-to-day payroll operations, regulatory surveys/reporting, tax reporting & compliance activities and process improvement. Payroll and Process Improvement: Work with outsourced payroll vendor, ensure accurate and timely interpretation and data integration to payroll systems, as well as payment-related calculations for payroll accuracy. Process statutory payments and deductions. Deliver excellent employee payroll experience through accurate payroll processing, reporting within agreed SLAs/KPIs Submit monthly payroll data for approvals, generate payroll related reports and finance journal entries Computation of final payments during exit processes Manage employee payroll queries Ensure audit requirements are met both internally and externally Provide information for surveys, adhoc reports requests internally and from Group Office. Lead payroll projects / process improvement initiatives when required. Tax: Handle & review IR21 of employees Review Year End Tax Forms (IR8E, A8A, A8B, IR8S) of employees, oversee and ensure that payroll vendor submits accurate tax forms to the tax authority Monitor and Manage the Directive to Pay/Notice of Assessment Coordinate with employees/HRBPs/tax vendors & local tax authorities to resolve tax issues Coordinate with relevant parties to settle taxes borne due to shares Ensure Tax Payment is done accordingly and on time and raise the applicable journal for the payment Attend to adhoc tax Inquiries Expat/International Assignee Tax Management Filing and maintaining tax records Monthly maintenance i.e. ensure salary withholding. Review the payroll and tax process to ensure adherence to policies/guidelines and audits. KEY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll and tax principles, practices and procedures. Analytical with high attention to detail. Passionate in improving payroll and tax processes for increased operational efficiency. Able to manage confidential and sensitive data appropriately. Mature, responsible, self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
