Responsibilities :
• WP processing (Application, Renewal, Cancellation)
• Sourcing & liaise with recruiter for company's vacant & arrange for interview
• Onboarding & offboarding for employees
• Responsible for staff's benefits and resolve on grievance arise
• P-File Management
• Perform HR administrative record
• Manage regulatory legislation and communicate with the authorities; e.g. attending to Governmental Agencies survey
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director and section heads

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform checks and verification of the monthly expenses claims for the Group level through the e-claim system
• Prepare the expenses claim report on Excel
• Check that all claims are within the budget set by each department
• Source, compare costs, and liaise with travel agencies regarding flights and accommodation
• Manage housekeeping auntie
• Ensure office cleanliness
• Maintain office facilities and equipment
• Manage and place orders for office and pantry supplies
• Work with various vendors (e.g. repair, supplier) to engage their services
• Manage letterbox and distribute letters to respective departments
• Attend to guests as and when required
• Ensure Covid-19 policies are in line with regulations and manage related
• Support in ISO documentation
• Support in HR related activities
• Undertake task/project assigned to achieve organisational objectives

Job Requirements:

• Background in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
• Good with Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous
• Independent
• Able to work with different stakeholders

Salary: Up to $2,700 (depends on qualification and experience)

Job Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews
• Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
• Renewal of Group & Vehicle Insurance
• Handle vehicles’ Road Tax / VPC / traffic offenses
• Submit waiver of FWL, NS make-up pay claim and Paternity / Maternity / Childcare leave claim
• Application of Training and submission of grants
• Attend to Government Surveys (MOM & EDB)
• Support HR operation as and when required
• Training will be provided

Requirements

• Minumum N Level with 2 years’ experience in HR
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day finance activities including AP, AR, cashflow, & other finance related matters
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Update and maintain daily bank record on payment transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Handle HR related matters
• Recruitment of both exempt and non-exempt staff
• Other duties as assigned
