Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of payroll related functions, including tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government grant applications and submissions.
- Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process, staff induction program, training and development.
- Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit clearance procedures.
- Oversee the work pass matters of foreign workers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other related government agencies.
- Provide support for performance appraisal evaluation, salary reviews and compensation benchmarking exercises.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Degree/Graduate Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience with minimum 3 years in supervising a team of 2-3 staffs.
- Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Able to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as required to speak to Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Experienced and familiar with the HRMS software.
- Support Monastery events and activities.
- Able to commence within short notice.
