Scope:

• Manage the full spectrum of the HR function which includes but not limited to talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations
• Work closely with line managers and employees to align, propose and execute HR strategy to support business need
• Provide HR business partnering support and advice to the respective managers in terms of recruitment, workforce planning and hiring plans, talent development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and employee disciplinary and grievances handling

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirement

• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience

Job scope:

• Handle day-to-day operations for key accounts including order processing invoicing and reporting
• Liaise with customers and internally to ensure material availability and fulfill shipment
• Follow up and update customers their order and or delivery statuses to ensure on-time delivery to customers
