Job Description
- To issue / print / match / detach daily customer invoices
- To issue Export Transfer slip
- To mail / email / courier daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly invoices to Local /overseas customer
- To prepare Weekly / Monthly Invoice summary report according to customer requirement, upload invoice to website / portal .
- To monitor on customer special request FHD invoice
- To scan & email daily invoice to customer
- To sort / arrange / pack monthly invoice into carton boxes
- To issue Credit note
- To download Transfer Slip and approve Transfer Slip
- To prepare weekly summary report
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Skills like Word / Excel
