Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our channel partner network, focusing on suppliers and integrators in the physical security and smart workspace sectors, including lift suppliers and commercial building facility management system integrators.
- Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key players in the physical security industry, including providers of turnstiles, CCTV, and comprehensive building management solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in smart workspaces and physical security, ensuring our channel strategies align with market demands and opportunities.
- Train and support channel partners on our product offerings and value proposition, emphasizing the integration of smart workspace solutions with physical security systems.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create tailored sales and marketing strategies, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue growth across all channels.
- Utilize existing relationships and develop new ones with key industry players, including but not limited to, physical security providers, lift suppliers, and commercial building facility management system integrators.
- Employ a consultative and solution-selling approach to understand partner needs and align our products and services with their goals, emphasizing the benefits of integrating smart workspace solutions with digital transformation strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market insights and partner feedback, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our solutions.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, promoting our vision of integrating smart workspace solutions with digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong existing network within the physical security industry, including connections to lift suppliers, commercial building facility management system integrators, and other relevant stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, including turnstiles, CCTV, and building management solutions.
- With a track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend events, and drive business development efforts.
