Job Scope:

• Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and BIM software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for various building projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drafting work
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support project teams with technical expertise in drafting and modeling

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent; BCA-recognized drafting certificate
• Experienced in AutoCAD and BIM software
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying
• Independent with strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Meticulous and detail-oriented

Job Scope:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical components
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on projects
• Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide support for emergency repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of experience in electrical wiring for machines
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
• Experience in electro-pneumatics and PLC wiring is an advantage
• Organized, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with good troubleshooting skills
• Capable of working under tight schedules and meeting assembly deadlines
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required
• Immediate availability or short notice to start work
