THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You shall carry out the usual industry standard duties of a professional recruitment consultant and such other duties including but not limited to those set out in the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as from time to time may be reasonably assigned to you by RGF Singapore:

• The purpose of a RGF Director is to drive high performance in revenue within their practice and teams. This shall be achieved through coaching and developing their team to gain a greater market position within the specialization/s by establishing, further developing and building client and candidate relationships
• The Director will develop a strong reputation in the market as a trusted advisor to our clients and candidates advising on market updates and trends
• As a Director and trusted advisor, you will continue to develop a strong brand name in the industry and be responsible for understanding clients’ businesses to help them grow, to know their business direction so as to advise on solutions and have insight on recruitment needs for the present and the future
• A core part of your role will also be involved in the strategic plan for greater profitability by ensuring all Consultants in your team meeting and exceeding their quarterly and annual targets
• The Director will also need to assist the backend office (corporate team & management) as and when required acting as an advisor in all new implementations and initiatives so as to build and improvise a sustainable business for RGF Singapore
• The Director shall be seen as a Leader of RGF Singapore who is also an ambassador of RGF Values

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• You have 10 to 15 years’ experience in solid recruitment leadership as a 360 degree Recruiter covering business development, client partnership, candidate attraction, sourcing, interviewing and placement of candidates.
• Experience in leading a team of Recruiters in achieving overall P&L
• Be business minded and strategic to achieve personal and team goals and proactively monitor activity against both individual and team results
• Proven track record in exceeding your revenue targets consistently as well as driving high performance from your team
• You possess recruitment best practices to train and develop Consultants

Job Responsibilities

• To perform the duties set and strive to manage assigned brands management independently

Job scope

• To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.
• Checking that the assembly or production line comply to standards and procedures.
• To perform daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections before delivery of components.
• Report non-conformance to Manager for immediate action.
• Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure delivery is carried out as per scheduled.
• To arrange storage of product.
• Carry out monthly stock take as when required.
• Keep records of inspection and before/after repair of defect products.
