Responsibilities:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. 6. To plan, research and create innovative programme/materials that are in alignment with MOE guidelines and create an enriching experience for the centre’s students
7. Collaborate with the marketing manager to provide contents to develop marketing materials to promote a strong and unique branding of the centre’s programme
8. To actively scan the internal and external environments to identify potential problems and opportunities which can be addressed or capitalised to maximise the students’ learning experiences.
