Job scope
Overseas Full functions of AR in Finance Department, including monthly end closing activity - AR aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules (P&L, B/S, Cashflow forecast) and journal adjustments
Other functions
· Process all invoice, receipts, n to follow up for overdue payment
· Actively identify and recover overdue receivables with relevant stakeholders
· Sales person ‘s commission calculation
· Filing of GST
Other ad hoc
· Handle customer portal registration
· company insurance and project insurance
· Processing credit application form, managing credit risk
· Maintain debtor record in system
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with 2 years’ experience.
