Job Responsibilities

· Support the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions in recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance appraisals, induction, exit clearance and any other duties that may be assigned.

· Preparation of relevant letters pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, transfer, confirmation, promotion and disciplinary issues.

· Responsible for the updating and documentation of new hires; and staff turnover in the information system and P files.

· Handle the administration of employee's benefits such as annual and medical leaves, and claims etc.

· Perform payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration.

· Responsible for statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21

· Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.

· Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate.

· Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

· Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent.

· At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resource is required for this position

· Independent, responsible and able to multi-task.

· A team player with strong work ethics

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Location: Next to Kent Ridge MRT

• Create Purchase order transactions on the fly and knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of supply and demand planning
• The candidate must combine a working knowledge of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy.
• Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiation in a matrix organization including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and executives.
• Knowledge of Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of other procurement software.
• Optimize planning process, execute weekly plans to minimize future gaps by reviewing new buy and repair plan recommend by the planning system.

• Keeping planning system master data up to date and initiate Engineering Change request based on material life cycle.

• Manage procurement and repair activities including setting up repair supply chain , execute, expedite the repair purchase orders, streamlining repair cycle, working with supplier manager to ensure supply plans meets requirements. Resolve shipping and receiving issue , invoice variance , payment isuse and manage purchase orders reconciliation with the suppliers.

• Responsible for key performance metrics such as backlog, fill rate, inventory turn, purchase orders price variance and past due delivery management.

• Analyze forecasted demand, inventory, develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demands.

• Analyze and resolve product backlogs, fill rates on a daily basis. Identify problem areas, and drive appropriate functional groups to correct.

•Identify opportunities for system enhancement and work with key business stakeholders and IT to implement continuous system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degrees
• 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer Planner or in a similar procurement role.
• BPO experience . Experience required in Procurement domain (Buyer Experience)
