Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Engage with potential clients, handle incoming inquiries, and proactively reach out to prospects to offer cleaning solutions that meet their needs.
• Email Correspondence: Address client queries via email, provide tailored quotations, and follow up on communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prospecting New Clients: Identify and engage high-potential clients in both B2B and B2C segments, focusing on expanding the client base and driving sales growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
• A Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
