• Liaise with overseas companies to reconcile the accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and accurate documents/records.
• Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting for a commodity trading house.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Period: 4 Months

Monthly Salary: up to $4000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Perform research on global trends related to digital resources.
• Analyze and report on the usage of digital resources.
• Maintain relationships with digital resource providers.
• Manage contracts and ensure vendor agreements are upheld.
• Manage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with other teams to market digital resources and increase public interest.
• Organize training for staff on using digital resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors' Degree and above
• Proficient in English
• Able to work independently and an excellent team player who is task-orientated
• Possess initiative and positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and has Good Excel Skills
• Must be able to commit for at least 4 Months and above
