Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid HR experience in retail, hospitality or FMCG industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of integrity and discipline
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practices
• Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of HRIS and BIPO or its similar is an advantage

Job Requirements:

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of BIPO software would be an added advantage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of HR for Atome Financial's to lead all human resources initiatives and drive the people strategy aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of the unit. Provide strategic direction to the HR team and collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change.
