This role is essential in driving new client acquisition, managing key relationships, and leading a team of recruitment consultants. Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients to establish new business opportunities.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer stage, for senior and mid-level executive positions across various industries.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, ensuring targets are met and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
• Market Research & Candidate Sourcing: Conduct market research to understand client industries, actively source candidates, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report on team performance and KPIs, implementing improvements and strategizing to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with interest to become the team leader.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in executive search or recruitment across various industries; knowledge of the APAC market is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to generate and close new business.
  • Open minded. Show ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • High-level organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
