Position : Sales Executive ( Outdoor)

Working Hours: 830am- 530pm

Job Responsibilities:
• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow up with the existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
• Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visit to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
• Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested
• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects
• Follow up on contacts enquiries.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field

Job Scope
-Management Duties

• Oversee daily hostel operations as per SOPs.
• Align YWAs and NRCWs with organizational philosophy.
• Foster positive staff-resident-stakeholder relationships.
• Manage staff morale, motivation, discipline, and training.
• Support HOD with budget and manpower planning.
• Lead departmental meetings and achieve departmental goals.
• Implement trauma-informed practices.

-Operational Roles

• Step in as shift staff when required.
• Plan fair and effective rosters.
• Ensure SOP compliance in daily hostel operations.
