• Project background: This role will be based at site office and the project is a higher institution. It will be north east (Punggol / Sengkang) of Singapore.

We are a main contractor doing mainly on A&A works for institutions, mall or government project.

Requirements:

• Fine to commit 6 Workdays Alternate Saturday.
• At least 5 years' experience in civil mechanical trade with related project management experience.

Job Scopes:

• Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
• Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
• Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.
