To be the initiator and coordinator of MOC for any addition, modification, and replacement in the system.

To assist the Section Manager and Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities.

To troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment / Systems’ problems when it runs abnormally malfunction.

To work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly.

To train all technician and staffs on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.

To assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.

To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors.

To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.

To monitor the implementation of all EHS matters within the section.

To be responsible for document management.

Job scope

Your job and responsibilities include support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS, Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.

To supervise and oversee the work progress of project sites. This includes attending to site meeting, coordinating with appointed sub-contractors of various services to see to a smooth completion of projects.

You will be assisting the Electrical Service Department in providing technical support to our staff, customers, and dealers.

Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance with company’s best practices.

Planning and monitoring the project to ensure successful completion within planned timeline as well as status of progress-in-work and report all matters related to project and services.

You are required to perform a complete in-house testing of Power equipment’s.

Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and troubleshooting of Electrical System and Power equipment malfunction.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the customer project team, supplier, sub-contractors, and clients.

Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

Prepare, submit, and follow up with applications to the relevant authorities or building management where required.

Preparation of electrical products data & engineering drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).
