Job Description

• Implements sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned accounts
• Ensures that the products are appropriately priced to meet the targeted profit margin as set by Sales Manager/Director to improve on sales and customer support for resolution, maintaining or adjusting actions
• Conducts or organizes training seminars and presentations for customers when required
• Provides daily customer service to resolve customer questions and concerns regarding, quality, availability and delivery, and also provides first-hand technical assistance to customers and coordinates Suppliers’ technical resources to ensure that technical solutions are developed to meet customer satisfaction

About You

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics or any related fields
• Preferably at least 1 years' experience in dietics, nutrition or hospital sales
• Experience in working with the medical and health environment will be an advantage
• Well versed with current issues related to infant nutrition and food science
• Strong data management and reporting
• Relationship building and social savvy
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• People management experience
• Possess a valid driving license and owns a car
