Responsibilities

· Work closely with the Hiring Manager to understand the hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms

· Assist to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programmes for effective recruitment

· Partner with the business to understand business structures, priorities, and dynamics to develop a strategic sourcing plan to acquire talents to meet business needs

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include the sourcing of candidates, facilitation of interviews, conducting interview with Hiring Managers, preparation of salary proposal and offer letter, making job offer to candidates and as well as administering the contract signing for offered candidates

· Build and maintain a passive pool of strong candidates by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels

· Constantly engage key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment KPIs are delivered promptly and efficiently

· Manage the various social medial platform and sites to attract and hire talents

· Review, design and drive the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a positive candidate experience

Requirements and skills

· Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role

· Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus

· Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews

· Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems

· Familiarity with social media sourcing

· Understanding of local labor legislation, particularly regarding internships

· Good networking abilities

· BSc degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

· Minimum experience of 3 years is preferred

Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure

patterns are even and precise

Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms

Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles

Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

Monitoring renovation processes, and providing materials and team building sessions are required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools

The Responsibilities:

This position is part of the Supply and Trading office of the company. You will be working alongside the other Supply and Trading offices strategically based globally. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Execute, verify, and maintain current and new models and tools, utilizing them for the assessment and enhancement of new LNG agreements/portfolios
• You are to validate embedded optionality, pricing, and conducting risk evaluations to contribute value and facilitate portfolio growth in both liquid and illiquid markets
• Your role encompasses all variations of LNG deal terms, spanning prompt, short-term, and long-term agreements
• Contribute to the optimization of the portfolio by evaluating optionality and risks inherent in the existing LNG portfolio
• Develop and enhance code to meet high-quality standards, involving the review and refinement of pre-existing code within established timelines
• Stay informed about advancements in quantitative models and methodologies, and update models/tools as deemed necessary
• Furnish solid quantitative analyses to support the decision-making process in commercial activities

The Requirements:

• At least Master’s Degree in either Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a reputable University
• Experience in derivative pricing is a must. You are to determine the value derived from the performance of the underlying assets (“extrapolating the present”)
• Experience in Quantitative Analysis is a must. Career experience related to the energy market is a major plus (LNG, gas, power, or environmental product market)
• Strong foundation in mathematical concepts, including calculus, linear algebra, probability theory, and statistics
• Highly experienced in using a variety of quantitative methods, such as time series analysis, stochastic calculus, and optimization techniques, to build models that can provide insights into market behavior
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java. Ability to code and implement quantitative models and algorithms
• Ability to communicate model outputs and analysis results in a clear, simple, and concise manner
• Good interpersonal skills, both with team colleagues and stakeholders. Proven ability to work within a complex team and stakeholders, experience in working across multiple locations highly desirable

JOB MISSION

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for leading the service team with facilitating the processing of service tickets from start to finish for our clients with the utmost sense of urgency, professionalism and high quality required by our brand.

The Global Service Department is made up of a Global Service Manager based in the US, Regional Customer Service Managers based in the US, Singapore and the UK, with first line service receiving and dispatch being handled by our regional Customer Service Operators.

DUTIES

• Be responsible for the performance of the service execution globally on a day-to-day operational basis, with emphasis on the US region.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, day-to-day management, performance, development, and career progression of the US Customer Service Operators.
• Oversee all service tickets on a global basis to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
• Where necessary, intervene and take ownership of individual service tickets regardless of completion of region to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide weekly reports and metrics to clients, management, and internal stakeholders providing status updates of all ongoing service
• Proactively heading off potential problems ahead of time.
• Be the escalation point for clients and where necessary formulate and execute mitigation plans for service calls.
• Be the single point of contact within region to our clients for all strategic service matters and to hold regular face-to-face client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hold weekly meetings with GS to review on-going global service calls, provide support, assistance and guidance to all global operators where necessary.
• Where needed, create and provide quotes and proposals to clients.
• Work closely with the Finance Department and executing financial administration such as managing and approving supplier invoices, verifying material purchases, and updating service agreement paperwork.
• To plan and schedule Routine Inspections (RI) of client sites.
• To continuously identify and implement process improvements to enable improved customer service and efficiency on a global basis
• Maintain and develop relationship with Local Service Partners maintain the Local Service Partner database
• Contribute to, and execute, the Global Service medium to long term strategy including department goals, vision, organization, processes and tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer operations and applications, including MS Office, Internet Browsing, and the ability to quickly understand security systems.
• Experience in dispatching or security industry environment a plus.
