• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Greet and direct guests to available tables
• Record orders and serve orders, comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages when needed
• Input orders into POS system
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
• Able to communicate effectivetly with team members and guests
• Other Ah-hoc duties as assigned
