• Preparation and issue service kits and spare parts to service engineers
• Maintain good rapport with customers
• Attend to technical enquiries from customers
• Pick & pack of spares when necessary
• Prepare shipping documentation and arrange delivery with courier companies

Requirements:

• Able to read and understand schematic and block diagrams (Training will be provided)

Job Requirements
