Sales Executive

The Role:

The Sales Executive will be reporting to the Sales Director and responsible for meeting the assigned sales target. Focus on new business development and account management such as MNCs, Fortune 1000 companies and major government sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of Unified Communications (UC), Multimedia and Information Technology (IT) Solutions to Enterprises, MNCs, and relevant major government sector.
• Execution of business strategies and account planning for target sector.
• Build, manage and farm sales pipeline through cold calls, from existing customer base and internal sales leads.
• Manage end user relationships and develop solutions based on clients’ organizational requirements to strategically map a futureproofing solution to penetrate, win and protect customer accounts.
• Work closely with internal and external consultants to develop proposals based on clients’ requirements.
• Able to communicate with confidence, together with prompt and professional pre and post sales services in exceeding customer’s satisfactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
• Possesses 1 - 2 years of B2B sales experience in Audio Video, UC or IT industry
• Enterprising individuals, who are self-driven with excellent sales tactics and strategies to ensure sales growth.
• Preferably have experience in Solutions Sales, and/or have experience in a Solution as a Service (SAAS) environment.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Performance Management: Take charge of overseeing and managing the call center’s performance to ensure consistent achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Validate and provide insights on call center reports to the management team.
• Quality Assurance: Supervise the quality of customer interactions by implementing and driving initiatives for quality improvement. Work closely with the vendor to maintain high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operational Audits: Conduct thorough assessments of the call center’s operations to identify process and knowledge gaps. Collaborate with the vendor to develop and implement comprehensive action plans to address these gaps and promote continuous improvement.
• Process Enhancement: Lead the development, review, and optimization of work processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and protocols to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Foster innovation and change management initiatives within the team.
• Customer Interaction Analysis: Analyze customer interactions in-depth to identify key drivers and trends. Use interaction analytics to gain insights into customer sentiments, enhance the customer experience, and optimize call center performance.
• Training and Communication: Lead the training and communication efforts for the call center team regarding new business initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure the team is well-prepared to meet changing customer needs and organizational directives.
• Support for Management: Serve as a vital support to the Customer Service Manager in strategic decision-making. Assume leadership roles in special projects and initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the customer service function.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification with at least 4-5 years of experience in a call centre environment, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Experience with interaction analytics and customer experience management tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data warehousing and dashboards for Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, AR, AP, and GL modules.
• Lead and execute BI projects, ensuring timely Go Live and seamless integration.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for efficient data warehousing and reporting.
• Strategize and plan the BI roadmap to support smooth organizational operations.
• Conduct regular reviews of BI projects, providing progress updates to management.
• Maintain BI servers and data marts to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendors, and prioritize projects for high-quality deliverables and maximum ROI.
• Implement information security policies across IT functions and address any identified gaps.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the technology services team, optimizing resource allocation and conducting performance appraisals.
• Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, meet specifications, and adhere to timelines from request to deployment.
• Lead IT management activities, including Application Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management.
• Oversee all projects, ensuring adherence to management principles and effective risk management.

Requirements:

• A hands-on role with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with broad functional expertise, preferably in the retail industry, and technical expertise in BI Tools and all facets of IT management and technology trends.
• Working knowledge of business process design and conceptualization skills are essential.
• Must know MS SQL/SSIS, and knowledge of Crystal reports/Qlik View/Excel VBA/Python is an advantage.
• Experience with Navision is an advantage.
• Essential skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
