Training Design of Training Development Project

Designing and aligning Learner-centric Pedagogies into each Training Development project – using an established templated framework, to meet the defined Learning Objectives.

Training Development work

• Development of new Lesson Plans (LPs) and review of existing LPs to incorporate/align with the latest Lesson Objectives, Content, and Methods of Instruction (MOI) required to meet the desired Training Outcomes.

Requirements:

Diploma in visual communication or related fields

‍Ideally 1 Year of relevant experience on social media, preferably in the E-commerce industry

Familiar with use of social media I.e. Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook

Constantly in touch with the latest trends, viral topics and have a creative mind

Strong photography & videography skills

Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and video editing softwares

Basic graphic design skills and knowledge in Adobe Illustrator

Strong ownership mindset, meticulous to detail, results and data driven

Able to work under tight datelines with minimum supervision

Eager to learn and expand skillset

Task-driven, independent working attitude, and self-learner
