About the Opportunity
OKX isn't just building the future of web3, we're building the team to make it happen. As our Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you'll be a crucial gear in our global recruiting machine, playing a key role in bringing out the highest potential of Global Talent Acquisition teams to fuel OKX's growth. You'll be architecting data-driven solutions and streamlining our hiring processes that propel OKX's global talent acquisition to new heights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Boost talent acquisition efficiency by streamlining end-to-end operational processes and ensuring our hiring process is compliant with local regulations
- Leverage data expertise to design impactful data frameworks, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that guide leadership's decision-making.
- Lead communications, change management, and enablement to ensure hiring teams understand how to use best practices for evaluating and attracting diverse talent pools.
- Build a trusted and accessible partnership by advocating, challenging and enabling TA leaders with forward-looking policies, programs, operations to set the pace and direction of an industry leading recruiting team.
- Combine exceptional data storytelling and analysis skills to translate project requirements into compelling narratives, drive programmatic change, and extract actionable insights from recruitment data.
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years of recruiting operations or recruiting enablement experience.
- Previous success in delivering operational improvements from ideation to implementation and iteration across multiple global working groups.
- Understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle, key metrics, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights from recruitment data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with global talent acquisition practices and an understanding of Singapore regional nuances in recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
