1. Design and application of all Building Services BEMS control systems.

2. Verification of functional design specifications and points schedules.

3. Work closely with various MEP teams.

4. Assist project management with scheduling, scope development, and proposal development

5. Assist in verification of BMS network schematics, BMS plant schematics including field device locations. BMS points lists and schedules. BMS sequence of operation descriptions for performance and functional design specifications. BMS materials and workmanship specifications. Site surveys, inspections and monitor site works.

6. Carry out on-site inspections of BMS installations and witnessing of BMS control functionality testing.

7. Provide advice on appropriate control strategies for building services systems and application of the latest Building Energy Management technologies.

8. Develop in-house technical standards, details and specifications.

Requirements

1. Applicable degree in related subjects.

2. 4-6 years BMS controls development experience

3. Experience with Pharmaceuticals control systems will be an added advantage

4. AutoCAD and/or Revit experience

5. Ability to listen to client needs, engage with design team members, and drive project beyond expectations .

Job Scope:

• Maintain up to date record of all sales transaction, including billing & invoicing withing company financial system (NetSuite).
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, as well as managing employee expense reports, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes with the payroll provider, ensuring accurate payroll processing in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the headquarters team on intercompany transactions and assist in preparing documents for shareholder and board meetings.
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
• Manage financial data for transfer projects, track capital and operational expenses, safeguard the company seal and bank book, and provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly NetSuite (preferred).
• Strong ability to collaborate with different teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
