Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
· The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and after-sales needs.
· The job will require preparing and providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
· Generate and review sales quotations, order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
· Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
· Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required.
· Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
· Manage the E-commerce online purchasing platform. Monitor and process orders, send the information to the warehousing personnel and arrange for transportation directly to the customers.
· Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
· Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.
Requirements
· Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
· Mechanical knowledge and background. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Class 3 driving license
