As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales Coordination: Working with the sales team to coordinate sales related activities such as following up on leads and open proposals, following up with regular customers for repeat orders, and ensuring timely completion of the sales cycle.

2. Order Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including the preparation of sales orders, delivery documents, and invoices.

3. Accounts Receivables: Manage and maintain accounts receivables, including generating monthly Statements of Accounts, and monitoring and following up with customer payment statuses.

4. Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

5. Administrative Duties: Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and maintaining accurate and organized sales documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Associates in the day to day Accounts Payable Operations
• Review vendor creation and vendor invoices in Workday
• Review and batching of grants-related payments
• Preparation of monthly audit schedules
• Preparation of journal entries
• Preparation of accrual journals
• Update S.O.P.s
• Preparation and analysing of monthly management reports e.g. Payment reports, budget utilisation reports
• Handle enquiries from SSG/WSG Divisions, across eServ and general public
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing matters including the financial and compliance audits
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Period:

• 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri; 8.30AM - 6PM

Salary:

• Up to $4,000 + PB

Requirements:

• At least LCCI higher accounting / CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or related field
• 3 years of working experience in Accountancy or related field
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office including intermediate level for Excel.
• Prior experience with Workday and/or SAP systems is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with working with government agencies is an added advantage.
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
• Quick learner and a team player
• Meticulous in record keeping
• Able to work independently
• Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume
