Job Title: Sales Manager (PPE, Shipyard)

The main job of the Sales Manager is to develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue retention, growth, and new business targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the shipyard sector.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales plan to ensure revenue retention, growth, and new business acquisition, aiming to meet or exceed personal sales targets in the shipyards sector
- Implement client relationship management plans to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations, facilitating effective communication and understanding customer needs
- Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting, adapting presentations to engage customer decision-makers, gathering information, and addressing areas requiring further explanation
- Build a personal network within the business sector, representing the company at events, obtaining market intelligence, and enhancing the visibility and reputation of the company's products and services
- Configure product and service solutions that meet customers' long-term needs, presenting and negotiating agreements within defined commercial parameters
- Collaborate internally and act as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to strengthen external customer relationships
The Requirements:
- Experienced salesperson within the Marine or Shipyard industry
- Proven track record in direct sales
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Demonstrated natural hunter mentality and drive
