Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expert advice on HR Risk & Compliance matters to all HR Business Units and collaborate with OCBC Group and BOS subsidiaries on consistent implementation of policies and procedures which are aligned with OCBC Group and BOS core values and local legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR Code of Conduct policies and procedures regularly, including follow up on regulatory updates and policies.
• Lead maintenance, communications & full execution of standards & strategies on Bank’s Risk Management Programme (e.g. Employee Conduct Trigger and Manager Conduct Trigger) and associated reporting
• Key subject matter expert/ main point of contact for all issues relating to the Employee Conduct Trigger (ECT) and Manager Conduct Trigger (MCT) programmes
• Support with the secretariat role for Culture & Conduct committees such as ECT/MCT Committee, Culture & Conduct Steering Committee and Disciplinary Inquiry Committee
• Support and liaise with various stakeholders relating to regulatory guidance reviews such as performing gap analysis and embedding action plan to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Lead HR related investigations
• Lead Culture-related HR initiatives such as Culture and Conduct Roadshows, e-learnings
• Analyse and provide refinements to group-wide risk dashboard indicators including risk indicators reporting and review.
• Ensure key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures.
• Support HR compliance in MAS Individual Accountability & Conduct guidelines including Senior Managers identifications, Annual Attestations and Job Description refresh.
• Drives decision making by using data to identify trends and partners with business leaders to determine root cause of issues and develop organizational effective solutions.
• Support with HR audits including both internal and external regulatory inspections

Qualifications

• Total of at least 8 years of experience working in a commercial bank is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Compliance, Risk, Audit or HR Governance related role.
• Prior experience supporting executive level Committees with employee risk assessment frameworks and associated discipline and compensation impact outcomes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to understand the regulations and design and develop policies and implementation plans to adhere to regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines
• Experience in building strong, effective, and trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
• Minimum 2 years of full spectrum HR working experience as generalist including payroll processing.
• Preferably from construction / manufacturing, industrial sector.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices

Job scope

• Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
• HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
• Conduct staff orientation and regular briefing on company policies and procedures
• Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and Overtime processing
• Administration on Foreign workers work pass renewal & MYE matters, dormitory (staff housing) & others
• Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
• Support and manage in company’s events and activities such as stock take, annual dinner, festive celebration and others
• Prepare and Deliver timely and accurate data, reports and office administration
• Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned

Service Crew
Address : Craig Road , will be shifting to Raffles Hotel in Dec 2024.
Working Day : Mon to Sun (2 off days)
Working Time: Split shift (one week 44 hours), work after 12am will have a company transport send directly to home.
Salary: $2800 onwards (depends on experiences)

Responsibilities:

• Take and schedule reservations.
• Greet and coordinate the seating of guests Taking of orders Serving of Food and Beverages.

• Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant

• Able to work in Split shift.
