We are seeking an exceptional Talent Development Manager, based in Singapore. The Talent Development Manager will lead the Talent Strategies in the region, specifically Talent Acquisition, Career Management and Organization Development in South Asia Pacific (SAP). They will also be in charge of ensuring the cascading of all the talent development actions within the region in partnership with the Director Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• In collaboration with Global and Regional team, develop strong and attractive employer brand across the region
• Identify a strong pool of talents for key positions in retail and in key functions, within the Zone via own network, referrals and linkedin
• Build strong partnerships with top schools in the region to attract the best in class early career graduates
• Ensure the implementation of the Excellence in recruitment mindsets and guidelines within the HR community and build hiring manager capabilities

Talent Development

• Identify and articulate development needs, and propose the LVMH, Tiffany & External programs, setting the criteria for priority investment
• Develop partnerships with training vendors to support the design and implementation of any local programs
• Monitor the progress of the Leadership / Manager training participants, and assess the programs to make sure both are well matched in achieving our goals

Career Management

Organization Development

• Lead and manage projects and sessions related to HR and the organization both locally and globally

Project Management

• 8 years + HR related experiences in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with manufacturers and engineers to implement and service audio-visual and video conferencing solutions according to company standards and best practices, meeting customer requirements.
